Sandy has been a member of SDEA/NEA since 1995. After serving seven years she is
currently term limited as a Black Hills and ESP Representative on the SDEA Board
of Directors. She is currently serving on the NEA Women’s Issues Committee and
has served on various other committees. Having a great passion for what is right
for children, public education and the education profession is what drives her
to advocate on your behalf. Teacher salaries, livable wages for support
professionals, safe schools and quality education are growing concerns for South
Dakota. She is seeking election so that she can continue the fight on all issues
of RESPECT! Given the current status of many of our schools in South Dakota a
strong voice with the ability to build bridges is needed!
Whether you are a Teacher, Educational Support Professional, Retired or a
Student, rally with Sandy!
When all the pieces come together we CAN make a difference!
